8 Days Samburu, Lake Nakuru & Amboseli Camping Safaris

Pick you from your Nairobi Hotel or Airport and drive through beautiful farmlands as you head north towards the semi-arid countryside of the colorful Samburu tribesmen. Arrival for lunch and rest at camp. Afternoon game drive where you will be able to spot animals like; rare grants gazelle, gerenuk, gravy’s zebra, beisa Oryx and other rare wild plants. Overnight at Samburu Campsite. Meals: Lunch and dinner.

Day two is a full game drive in Samburu National reserve exploring its open grasslands and diverse landscapes in search of the variety of wildlife found here. Samburu hosts beautiful forests, springs and rivers, offering stunning scenery. The game park is part of a lava plain that includes varied habitats, from thorn scrub, red dirt and dried river beds, to broken volcanic rock, steep hills and rocky outcrops. This region of Kenya is home to the uncommon Gravy’s zebra with huge fury ears, gerenuk antelope standing on hind legs to feed, Somali ostriches with distinct blue legs and the shy Oryx. Elephant and crocodile are guaranteed sightings and lion, hippo and giraffe are also found in the reserve. Leopard sightings are also a special feature here. Overnight at the camp. Breakfast, then drive to Lake Nakuru driving via the equator point to make stop to take photos and later another stop over at beautiful Thompson Falls for a guided walk within the nature trail found in this relaxation park. Proceed to Lake Nakuru arriving for late lunch at the camp/ hotel. Enjoy evening game viewing. You can easily spot Animals and birds that include, flamingo, pelican, stork, white rhino, buffalo, giraffe, warthog and others. Early morning pre breakfast game drive in Lake Nakuru. Return to camp, park then drive to Masai Mara arriving for late lunch at camp. After lunch explore the majestic Mara Reserve with a rewarding evening game drive. Dinner ans Overnight at Enchoro Wildlife Camp. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

After breakfast carry packed lunch then proceed for a morning game drive to see the park when most predators are active. Enjoy your picnic lunch at Mara river while watching hippos on whirl pool floating. Afternoon game drive to explore the new 8th wonder of the world. Cultural visit to a Masai village can be organized at a small extra cost. Balloon safaris are available on request and take place early in the morning before sunrise. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Early breakfast followed by check out and drive to Amboseli via Nairobi. Lunch enroute to Amboseli National Park. Arrival in Amboseli in the afternoon and proceed with game drives within the park Amboseli is famously known for its beauty and large herds of elephant, buffalo, giraffe, gazelle, warthog, and different bird species are easily spotted. You can catch a glimpse see of mt Kilimanjaro during evening when the sky is clear. Optional visit to a Masai village can be organized for an extra cost. Dinner and overnight at Kimana camp. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Early morning breakfast then proceed for a morning game drive. Enjoy the captivating and dramatic African sunrise with the Great Kilimanjaro looming in the background. Break for lunch at camp at 1300hrs. Proceed with afternoon game drives to explore “Kilimanjaro’s Royal Court” Dinner and Overnight at Kimana Camp. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Breakfast at 0700hrs then final morning game drive as you exit from the park Stop for lunch en route before proceeding to Nairobi.Transfer to preferred hotel for overnight / Airport for your next flight back home. Meals: Lunch and dinner.
